Competition Registration

• Print and fill out the ENTRY FORM
• All Competitors must sign and mail/email a registration form
• You have the option to use paypal, (associated fees are applied), to register for a category, or use snail mail to send a check or money order. All competitors and performers must Sign the entry/release form and send it by regular mail (address is on the form), or scan it and send it by email.
• If you want to use paypal to register, please go to the Compettiton Categories web page and use the paypal add to cart buttons.
• All Duet/Trio/Troupe members must sign entry/release form (all members can sign on the same form on back if needed)
• If you win a category, you will have to wait 3 years to compete again in that category
• We reserve the right to stop any performance we feel is inappropriate.
• No refunds will be given unless a category is full or canceled.
• Please do not talk to the band about your music if you are entering the live music category, this is supposed to be a surprise to all performers.
• Please do not discuss your scores with the judges. Score sheets will be available for pick up after your category awards presentation.
• Admission tickets will be available at the door (Cash Please), for $15 for each day of competition. Competitors get in free the day of their performance.
