Competiton Registration

• Print and fill out the entry form
• All Competitors must sign and mail a registration form
• Sign the entry/release form and send it by regular mail (address is on the form)
• Pay entry fees either: online using your Paypal account to send money to namiradance@yahoo.com (please add $5 for the paypal fees) or by sending a check or money order for the total amount along with your entry form. If you pay by paypal, you still need to send in a signed entry form.
• Send a short Bio and JPEG photo (448 X 336 pixels) as an attachment to an email to info@namiraproductions.com or send it in the mail along with your entry/release form
• All troupe members must sign entry/release form (all members can sign on the same form on back if needed)
• If you win a category, you will have to wait 3 years to compete again in that category.
• Now full. A limited number of Studio photo shoot slots will be available on a first come first served basis with Michael Baxter. Shoot date is Friday September 17th through out the day and evening. Please contact me to reserve your spot and for further information.
