Competiton Registration

• Print and fill out the entry form
• All Competitors must sign and mail a registration form
• Sign the entry/release form and send it by regular mail (address is on the form)
• Pay entry fees either: online using your Paypal account to send money to namiradance@yahoo.com (please add $5 for the paypal fees) or by sending a check or money order for the total amount along with your entry form.
• Send a short Bio and JPEG photo (448 X 336 pixels) as an attachment to an email to info@namiraproductions.com or send it in the mail along with your entry/release form
• All troupe members must sign entry/release form (all members can sign on the same form on back if needed)
• If you win a category, you will have to wait 3 years to compete again in that category
